Mark IV - Record Out post Power Amp??

Does the Record Out on a Mark IV include the sound/compression of the power amp tubes, and the sound/variations of the class A/simul-class and pentode/triode switches? I can't tell from the literature. I know the Slave Out is post power amp.

No, just the preamp. It pulls its signal from the phase inverter/Graphic EQ junction. If you use the pull silet to record you lose the use of your presence control as well.
