Mark IV question

Would it be possible to mod the Mark IV to be stereo?
For example, have the right return run to one set of power tubes and the return meant for the satellite run to the other set? Then have each 4ohm out be stereo, but still have the 8ohm out be mono so that you don't have to run it in stereo?

No. You would need 2 seperate transformers for each channel (ala simul 290 power amp).



It was worth a shot though.
