Mark IV problem!!

So I fired up the Mark IV at a gig for the first time yesterday. It has a TON of volume and power, I am loving it!


However, I ran into a little issue. Everything sounded good at first, but then after playing in the Lead and Rhythm 2 channels, when I went back to my clean Rhythm 1 channel, the volume was gone. It comes back after touching it's Gain knob and moving it slightly up or down. Very strange. Has anyone seen something like this? Any ideas what could be going on?

sounds like a dirty pot..either way, nothing to really worry about..cheap fix.

I hope it is something simple like that. Does anyone know good local repair shops for Boogies in the NJ area?
