On the left side of your eBay Summary, there's a menu item called "Dispute Console". Click on that and file a claim for "Item Received Not As Described". The seller claims that "this thing screams". How is this possible with no tubes? I did this with a guy who never sent the footswitch described in an auction. Took a month, but eventually I got a refund for $70. Good luck!

Well the guy refunded me money for the price of new tubes.

As Steve Miller would say "take the money and run" :lol: . I always assume any used power tubes to be JUNK. No matter what the seller claims. I negotiated my last amp purchase without power tubes, and both parties were satisfied.

Good deal on a MKIV even without the tubes. Any used tube amp I buy I immediately replace the tubes anyway. But since you got a refund for the tubes that's cool I guess.... Poor bugger who forgot to mention it was tubeless though. Usually what goes around comes around.

Just as an fyi: I'd deal with the tubes myself. Put my preferred tubes in and be happy that I snagged a Mark IV for $800. But that's might just be me........
