MARK III Rhythm Two Master Volume mod - Where to find?

I was looking for this mod on the web, but only found a lot of hints that it exists, but no code of practise. Does anyone have a link?

I was about to resign myself to never using the crunch channel and just contenting myself with boosting the clean channel enough to get that crunch sound....but this will work out way better.
