I have a Mark III Blue Stripe Medium Head. There is a Simul-Class sticker on the back of it. The power amp selector reads "Full Power" and "1/2 Power". There is no Class A selection on the back or anything like that.

I'm wondering if this is normal on the Simul-Class heads.

What gives?

Is that a long head? The long heads I've seen have the switch on the front panel exactly as you described, but it's still simulclass if it says so on the back ...of course some unscrupulous slob could have put a sticker on it. Have you got a pair of ELs on the outer banks? You could also look on hte output tranny and it'll be marked simulclass if it truly is.
