Mark III Lead channel stopped working

it's a 60 watt blue strip was GEQ/R2 Mod. using winged C's and a handful of NOS preamp tubes that were rated great when I bought them inn early February.

clean works fine, as does rhythm 2, but when I pull the lead knob, it's like 5% volume and gain of what it should be...any ideas?

Check V3, that's the Lead Channel tube. V1 is the one with the shield can.

Also, are you using a footswitch? Make sure any foot switches are unplugged and try with the pull-pot switch only.

ah ok it was a faulty V3. thanks guys! gotta say, not missing the IV that I just sold 1 bit..this III just smokes it.
