Tonight, I recorded a band rehearsal using my Mark III red stripe head, listened back, and decided to make a couple of changes. These settings are what I was using up until tonight. I'm going to knock the treble down to 8. I always had it on 10 because the treble knob seems to affect the amount of distortion, but at high volumes it's a lot less noticeable. I think I was going by, "bedroom" levels when I set the amp and left it there for band practice. This amp sounds amazing cranked. I also always have the presence knob on zero.... way too fizzy with it even on one. Pull deep is always off, although I haven't really tried it with the band.... maybe next time.
