Mark III Green or black dot? This amp has both. Thoughts?

Just wondering if I could get some onions on what kind of amp this one actually is since it pretty clearly has the dots on the power cord and a stripe on the side.

I'm fairly new to the Mark III series and this amp isn't actually in hand yet (ebay). As I'm waiting for it though, kind of wondering whats going on here. If the extra dots mean the amp was recently serviced or what. It's also rack mounted.

Any incite is appreciated!

Oh and after about 5 years of playing with peaveys, this Marks my return to Mesa. Much more professional pictures when it arrives!

those "dots" on either side of the outlet are factory holes in the chassis
