Hi all,
I am trying to improve my tone when using a TC Electronic Nova Delay and Reverb in the FX loop of my Mark III (blue stripe). There is quite a difference in tone compared to not using the FX loop.
Is the FX loop of the Mark III passive or active with a tube buffer? The manual isn't clear on that.
If it is passive I could perhaps improve the tone using an external active tube buffered FX loop, like the Red Plate D'lator. Does anyone have experience with an external loop?
