Hello,
I bought this amp from the son of the original purchaser. When I plugged it in it popped and crackled, so my GF and I made a road trip to Petaluma and Mike B was still working there. He installed some new caps, new jacks, fixed a ground issue. He noted the original rare and valuable tubes are still in great shape. I have the work order describing what he did and can provide it. I picked it up a few days later and drove it home. It hasn't been plugged in since except two months ago when I took it to Evergreen Guitars in Seattle, who checked it out and made an offer. Unfortunately their offer was too low for me to accept. I think it is easily worth $5-6K, since it is not tolex, it is some kind of exotic hardwood, and it is mint.
