Mark IIB to C+ ??? Scam?

I just stumbled accross this Ebay ad:

I never heard of a B being modded to a C+ . Possible scam or did Mike B perform some special magic?

I can't quite read the paperwork in the photo.

Looks like a scam to me...what do you guys think?

I`ve read quite a few threads on the Mark III modded to IIc+. They call it the Mark IIIc+ mod. MB at Mesa Boogie does this. Run a search on Harmony Central, tons of info on this.

This is a IIB. I have heared there may have been 15 or so done.
I would ask for a fax of the receipt or pic of the pcb.
