Mark 11 C+ AC Voltage Requirments ?

My C+ combo has 117v indicated on the back. Does this mean the amp works best at this voltage. My house voltage is usually around 120v - 124v.
My amp always seems to sound a little diifernt evertime I fire it up, could it be the fluctuating voltages ?
Is a power conditioner that stabilizes the voltage helpful ?

The wall voltage fluctuates a bit. Unless you hear audible changes without moving any settings a power conditioner wont hurt.
Call me crazy, but I can hear the difference.
