LSS TECH PROBLEM

Hi Everyone

My LSS developed a problem at the end of rehearsals this evening.
Whilst using the clean channel a loud crackle was heard and then a sudden drop in volume, as soon as it happened it then went back to normal, only to do the same again a few moments later.

Setting are gain 3, treble 1, mid 1, bass 3, pres 12, master 11, output 11, running on 30W

I did not notice the same fault on channel 2

Also, all guitar leads are fine.... Is it a Valve on the way out ?
I know there are some great amp experts on this site so any help/advice is very much appreciated..

Was you channel 2 on 30W mode?

The only differences between the 2 are the 1st half of v1 (Tube wise)

So if it only happends on CH1, in 30W and not on ch2 in say 15, you know it's the power tubes.

On a side note, the only issues i had with my LSS, were tubes.

Change them, if it still happends, take it to a tech.

I think I was only running channel 2 on 15 watt mode, so definately a tube I think, I will run channel 2 on 30w and see if I get the same problem
