LSS or ...?

Hi Guys!

im looking to buy my first boogie and i have shorlist the LSS 1x12. But after reading stuffs about it, i still have 1 question. How heavy can the distortion get? is it anywhere near rectifier?

or is there any boogie that can get recto kinnda tone and also has good clean? my budget is around 1.7k.

as im living in a country where there are no mesa dealer, thus i can only read the stuffs online and will be buying without trying it out.

Help would be greatly appreciated

I would absolutely check out the Express for this application. The Express IS quieter hum/hiss wise than the F-series, FWIW.

i will go find out more about express. but which one would you all recommend? 5:50 or 5:25?

I haven't played one yet but, isn't the Roadster supposed to handle that territory as well? I think it has Lonestar cleans and it is a rectifier.
