This is after a very recent tube change...maybe the new 12ax7 Boogie sent me went bad in V5.... :( Can anyone tell me how to remove my chassis from the head cabinet? I have disconnected the reverb send/return wires and unbolted the chassis, but it seems to be sticking on something.

Also, I could unscew the front panel on my DC-3's head and gain very easy access to the preamp tubes. But on my DC-10, there is another piesce of wood behind the grill! lol, this seems to be a great place to place a fan. You could route a hole in it and the grill panel and discreetly mount/wire a fan there...

I know you got it fixed, but....

To get the chassis out of my DC-2, I have to pull it straight out. When it binds, I look at each side to see which side is out more.

I basically have to wiggle the chassis while I'm removing it because it fits so tight in the cabinet.

Also, the Nuts on the top of the chassis for the mounting screws hang up sometimes. I have seen many amps with ripped tolex because of this.
