Loop's Gain Stage (level) Knob

Do many of you guys use the loops gain stage as a factor in scupturing your tones?
Or do you just leave it fixed at 12 noon (straight up)?

I use it to play at bedroom volume, essentially enabling the FX loop (without anything plugged into it) and it really allows me to play at a moderate volume so the neighbours don't hate on me too much. :twisted:

mine is right at noon..... i also use two clean buffers, one at the beginnig and one at the end of the chain.... :wink:
