The standby toggle switch on the front of my LS 2x12 rotates. As if you could screw it on or off. I don't think this is supposed to happen. Can anyone else confirm one way or another?

I think it's related to a problem I'm having on my clean channel. I get hissing, spitting and popping on my clean channel. However, it disappeared after I put a Mesa 12AX7 in V1 and V2. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. Today, it started again all of a sudden. I think I have a loose switch or pot somewhere.

Hi, I checked my stand by switch it does not rotate. My Lsc 212 is less than 3 months old .

Thanks.

That's what I thought.

Actually, mine does. I always thought it was different from the power switch because it's a 2-way, whereas the AC is 3-way. Why that would matter I couldn't tell you, but it's probably nothing to worry about.

The 2-way switches on my DC-5 can be rotated, too. That has nothing to do with your amp's problem.
