We probably need a bit more information.

1. Is there any difference in the volume when you adjust the output versus solo volume controls?

2. Is the effects loop switched In or to Hard Bypass? If set to hard bypass, the Output and Solo controls have no function, and volume is controlled only by the Masters.

3. How do you have the Masters set for each channel?

4. Is there any difference when you go to 50W or 10W settings?

Let's start there and see what we get.

(Note: I'm working from a LSS control knowledge here, I think the standard LS is fairly close but there may be differences)
