I would just use a damp cloth unless you really have some issues. Try not to have the cloth dripping wet. The dampness is only to help persuade not to drench the covering.
 
If you have leather on your cabs use leather cleaner, but if your cabs are covered with vinyl use a vinyl cleaner. I use 'Armor All' which I bought at the local auto parts store for about $5.
