Labour involved in changing effects loop to series?

I called my local boogie guy to ask about changing my nomad's effects loop to series from parallel, and he quoted be $150 canadian. This seems awfully high..has anyone had this done to their boogie, and about how much did you pay?

Had it done on my T-Verb and it was around $50-$75 US dollars.
