When you sent in a Mark III to get the plus mod, dose it lose the characteristics of it's stripe color? Or dose it still keep the aspects of it's stripe?

A III + mod removes what made the stripe modification and replaces it with the stock IIC+ components. If you really like your amp now, I would ponder if it is worth it to you.

The best thing for me to do, is buy another Mark III, give it the + mod so I don't miss my green stripe.
