That would use the same transformer that I used on Scottcrud's amp.
Can you post a picture of the entire underside of the chassis?
I want to make sure there is enough room for it. If not, then this one should make a really big difference as well: MESA-CAL50-O from Mercury.
I did direct replacements in my DC-5. I sent them my set of transformers and they cloned them. Even the direct replacements made a huge difference and they were an exact fit. The Fat Stacks are a little better though I think for headroom and clarity at extreme volumes.
