JJ Tubes

After all the good things i've heard, I am going to wait to play the LSS with the stock tubes for a while, but then I plan on ordering the JJ el84's. Is replacing them as simple as just swapping them out, or is something else required. Also, where do i order these tubes? Is there a website?

Because of the no-bias nature of Mesa's, you can just swap them.

To remove, just pull slowly and wiggle from side to side, line up new tube (you may slide it around in a circle around the socket to find the exact 'pull', it will only go in one way) and slowly push it down in the same fashion you took the other one out.

And NGNC nailed the two big tube vendors, both have been extremely helpful to me personally with any questions.

...just be sure to tell Doug or whomever what amp you're playing, and they'll match the plate voltage for ya. Just wanted to throw that out there in case you had the idea that *any* 84s would work...
