I'm using a Boss BCB-60 pedalboard right now, but I have the BH wah and now the Sonic Stomp outside of the board. I would like to find a board that would fit everything INCLUDING the Roadster's footcontroller on it. I also want it to be in a case to protect everything (preferably hard case) as well as powered. The SKB PS-45 case is the biggest and closest to what I want, but it might be a hair too small (26" x 15" carpeted area).

Also, I would rather not spend a fortune on a pedalboard...

Anyone have any recommendations (aside from building my own)?

See my signature for a list of effects and such that needs to fit along with the footcontroller... The EQ pedal might be on the way out though...

Just looking at what you've got there, some similar to what I have. Could you take the rv-5 and tu-2 off the board? The rv-5 (i assume its a reverb pedal, i don't have one and didn't look it up) seems redundant with reverb on the amp, of course maybe not to you. Maybe just some weeding out could help :?:

My chain was tu-2/cs-3/aw-2/crybaby q-zone/p-90 to the input then the mxr 10 band and delay in the loop. I plan on moving the tuner off somewhere at eye level so I can use the tuner out function and I'll probably use the aw-2 for a doorstop (too noisy!).

BTW, what is the width of the roadster footswitch, mine hasn't arrive yet and I'm renovating my board. Also, do you find the P-90 very prominant with the roadster? It doesn't seem to cut through as much with this amp to me, very understated. Oh, also (sorry for so many questions in the post) I've been eying the JP6's, my main guitar is the wolfie and the strats are not as good as backups as I'd like, plus its always nice to add another guitar. How would you rate yours for sound with the roadster.

First off my JP with the D-Sonic gets a 10 out of 10 for the sound with the Roadster. The JP with the SS (steves special) gets a 9.5/10. The D-sonic's bite just makes it sound perfect to my ears! The middle position with Ch3 vintage is marvelous... There are certain notes that break into their overtone and ring out in feedback. Very beautiful...

I've not tried the Chorus in front of the amp for a long time. Might be worth trying. The reverb on the amp IS pretty good (if not as good as the RV-5), so I might be able to get rid of it. I might be getting rid of my EQ pedal as well, so I guess that could free up some room, but still no room for the wah (the BH2 is too wide, but my old 535Q fit nicely), and Roadster footswitch...

BTW, the Roadster's footswitch measures roughly 21" wide by 6" deep, and maybe 2.5" tall (at it's tallest point in the back).

The P-90 sounds pretty good with the Roadster if run in front. I've not tried it in the loop with the Roadster. It was overwhelming in the Mark IV's loop...

This guy makes good stuff:

They come in a variety of standard sizes and no doubt there's probably a standard size that will fit what you have. You can add a second level riser to make accessing the second row of pedals much easier.

It's not a road case, but it's definitely a hard case, and stands up really well. I've had one for a couple of years now, and it's held up really well. I have the one called the gigman, and I can comfortably fit the following:

in front: dunlop wah, q-tron (which takes up a lot of real estate) , mxr dynacomp, mxr phase 90, boss FS-U.

in the back (on a riser): a double size, old digitech digital delay and an old boss chorus pedal.

For the money these are really good, and I highly recommend them. The owner's a really great guy to work with too, and will do anything you want custom.
