Is this amp a MK 2?

Cab anybody twll me what amp I have and how much it is worth? I also have a matching 1 1x12 cabinet too.

You have a Mark 3 simulclass. It's an early one but not early enough to have the Mark 2C+ power transformer. The speaker is a MS 12 made by eminence for Mesa Boogie. I really like those speakers but they don't go for quite as much as the EVM12L. That amp is selling for about $800.00 - $1000.00 on fleabay right now, sometimes a little more. It dose LOOK to be in good shape. The value of the extention cabinet varies depending on the shape its in, the speaker that's in it, and if it's an open back or closed back "thiele" cabinet. A thiele with an EVM12L would bring more dough than an open back with a MC 90 so get back to us with that info.

That looks like it's an open back. I can't tell what speaker is in it from the photos you have. No boogie logo plate devalues it some IMHO. Here's a photo of the same cab , I paid $325.00 for mine 2 weeks ago. It has an EVM12L in it.
