Hello there,

I had a brainwave the other day...

OK, so I put EL34s in Mark IVs outer sockets, and using my GCX/Ground control set my rhythm 2 channel to be Class A (So when I switch to my crunch channel it's Rhythm 2 with 2 EL34s only, bit more Marshally). Obviously I'd turn that channel up accordingly.

Now I know you can switch from Simul Class to Class A without being on standby (Why else would there be a footswitch for it?).

Does this sound like a good idea?

Or rather would I be able to switch from Simul to Class A with my Ground Control? Or is it impossible?
