Looks like the fuse is blown, test it with a meter or just change the damn thing, they're not expensive at all. Most of the problems you will get with a MESA will be tube related, 9 times out of ten that's the issue.
I have been using MESA for almost 25 years now and never and any problems that were not tube related...seems like you could narrow the issue down fairly easily by substituting a few parts, don't let frustration get the better of you...it's not worth scrapping your gear and getting a Pervy amp...erm I mean Peavy, lol
