Is a mark IV combo too much for a bed room rocker?

I'm probably way off here, but have you considered the DC-3 combo? I haven't tried the Mark IV, but I know the DC-3 is fairly versatile and works very well on bedroom levels (I have one myself). But someone else has to confirm/reject it or you have to try it Anyway, it seems like you can get one of those a bit cheaper than the Mark IV.

Yes, the Mark IV sounds great at bedroom volumes. You can knock the wattage down to 15, I believe. It is one of the few amps I have owned that sounds good no matter where you have the Master set. Enjoy!
