after going back and forth in my head about this, i've decided to send mark IIc sn/ 12607 to mike b to make it a c+. I made the call tonight and got the R/A. he told me he hasn't seen a c with this high of a serial number come back, and that my amp sounds "very interesting".
we really didn't get too much into that though.
so in about 3 weeks or so, i'll be a c+ owner again.
the last one was a 60 watt converted c, that i really liked, but i let it go.
before that was one of the few dozen b conversions that i couldn't afford to keep way back when (6 years ago when they were always under 2k).
i think a guy who posts here from germany or something has it now.
I think i'm going to hold on to this one this time.

Jim,

Please post your thoughts on the tone changes when you get your amp back.

How much is Mesa charging for the conversion these days?

Thanks.
