I think that nearly any cheap ceramic through-hole cap will be extremely similar to the ones originally used. Yes, you'll need at least a 500-600V rating, but I think that nearly any through-hole ceramic will do that. I think that 1 kV ratings are common for through-hole ceramics.
You could also use a silver-mica cap in there. That's another type of cap used in tube amps for values in this range. Silver-mica have similar high-voltage ratings.
IMHO, the details of the cap used in this particular location are not especially important. As long as it's 500V+ with the right value, you'll be good.
