Identity llB or C?

The front is a IIC (or+) the rear view is a IIA, ask for more pictures before buying.

Not sure what you saw Tony but it looks like a IIC (or maybe a C+) from the back too.

It is a factory IIA with some mod in the back of the chassis and a IIC or II+ faceplate.
Whether it means that has been factory upgraded, I don't know.

I sent the seller an email for more information. "Works like new" looks like a couple of GEQ sliders are missing! If it's a super rare llA > C+ mod, it may be worth looking at.

That's just the cover held on by one screw and twisted down ward exposing the solder joints on the plug.

I have a shot of the under side, someone wiped it clean of any markings. I told him to gently remove the tubes, lower the chassis and send pictures. edit - Actually looking back at the photo it looks like it's out already.

If serial number is 65xx, then it is a II-B. Strange, because the back of the chassis shows a II-A layout (pre amp out/power amp).
