idea`s on how to set my rig up??

hey there, i was wondering could anyone help me with this, i have a solo 50 rec, a mesa 50/50 power amp and a marshall jmp-1 preamp. i just bought the solo 50 couple of weeks ago to replace the rack gear which i was gonna sell. i use delay and chorus in my effects loop of the solo 50, but u have to switch channel and turn on/of u`r effects at the one time. so what i was wondering would it be a good idea to keep my jmp-1 and 50/50 for my effects and my solo 50 head for my distortion and get an a/b switch just to switch between amps in a split sec rather that tip toeing? anybody any ideas on how to set this up or any better solutions? thanks for any help!

So you use effects only for your clean tone and then want them off when you switch to your distorted tones? Do you have a midi foot controller? Just trying to understand the end result.

yeah, want to switch from distortion to clean channel with clean delay, clean chorus etc, and would like to be fit to switch back with the single push of a pedal
