Now that is an interesting topic. I guess you can post anything in off topic can't you?

Though I spent some time living in FL both Central Florida and in the panhandle, I was partial to Bobby Bowden's 'Noles. No offense. I didn't care for the 'Canes either. I thought that it was great the year the 'Noles took the National championship away out from under the noses of Notre Dame. That was a great year. Tennessee Street was a madhouse.

I can only imagine. Tennessee street was shin deep in bottles and cans. There were cars with hatchbacks holding kegs dispensing to people walking. The police were more interested in just moving the traffic than trying to arrest anyone. The street was a better party than the clubs were. In fact, it was so crazy I went down to Mike's Beer Barn (drive through liquor store that sold beer by the gallon in milk containers) and stocked up so we could escape the chaos as it got close to bar closing and street clearing time and drank at Lake Jackson instead. There were so many parties over the next few days that it was like a perpetual drunken state as much as it was FSU.
