Huge Volume different between 2 channel on my TOV head

Dear All.
I just changed all my tube (AX7 & 6L6) yesterday to stock mesa boogies tubes and I notice there are huge Volume different between Red & Orange channels. If I set the volume on Red channel (blues) around 10:00 clock, I have to set volume around 1:00 or even 2:00 clock to have a same level.
I just like to know if this is problem or not.

where's your gain for each channel? low gain in the clean channel can make you have to crank the master to get the same volume as the other channel. As for the tube change causing this - it doesn't sound likely IMO. Maybe you bumped the clean channel gain by accident?
