If you need to simultaneously switch switch between recto-dirty+mkIV and recto-clean, there no A/B/C/Y/@ that'll do it cos you need to channel switch on the amp as well as cut the mkIV out unless I didnt understand your post. The amp gizmo is good for switching channels and lines and so on. Its on the cheaper side of things, its quite flexible and its simple to use.

Maybe there's some confusion here....

I don't channel switch ever. The heads are set to the settings I like, and I pan between them using an Ernie Ball Stereo Pan Pedal.

I don't want to A/B them ever.

For bigger shows, I use 2 DR's, each with it's own dedicated 4X12, and pan between them to "build" songs up or down.

For smaller shows, I use a TOV combo for dirty, and a 65 Fender Twin Reissue for cleans.

In this scenario, I want to run my MarkIV AND my Dual Recto at the same time, each with it's own dedicated 4X12 cab.

I'll still run another head with it's own cab just for cleans.

You might check out that new pedal that George Lynch is endorsing. It is a switcher but it is also capable of running multiple amps all at the same time. I forget the name of it though.

I use the Lehle "dual" A/B box to split my signal and eliminate ground loop hum. :D Mine is an older version without the "T" output.
