I know of three:

1. black plastic switches for channel, standby, and mains
2. metal switches for channel, standby, and mains
3. same as #2, but the 100/60 watt switch was added

Are there any other differences as far as the circuits for these versions go, or any differences as far as tone?

The DC-3 and DC-5 both have A and B versions but I only know of one version for the 10. There were minor cosmetic variations that you mentioned but no mentionable design changes.

what were the difference in revisions for the DC-3's? I have probaly one of the first years.
