How high is a Mark IV head?

I wonder how high a MArk IV head is without measuring with the feets and handle. Just the cab.

Just measured my Mk IV short head cab minus feet and handle and got 8-1/4" (20.995 cm)

How high is it really then! I got two heights now.

The measurement Aart gave was TOTAL with feet and handle.

Heights:
Feet= 3/4" (1.905 cm)
Cab = 8-1/4" (20.955 cm)
handle=3/8" (.9525 cm
------------------------------
Total 9-3/8 (23.8125 cm)


Width:
18-9/16" (47.14875 cm)

Depth:
10-3/8" (26.3525 cm)

These measurements do not include the corner protectors.

What version do you have?

I have a 2006 medium head and I measured it again and still 23.3 cm. WITHOUT feet/corners/handle.

Maybe they changed the dimensions, but this is the height of my medium head.

Evidently they are different. Mine is a 2000 short head.

Direct from Mesa 2007 Price sheet:

MKI HEAD .....................................................9 1/4 x 18 3/4 x 10 5/8

MKIV HEAD - COMPACT..................................9 1/8 x 18 3/4 x 10 5/8

MKIV HEAD - WIDEBODY................................10 x 22 1/2 x 11 1/4

They appear to be making them a touch taller these days

But those numbers include the feet, handles, etc.
