Can I do this? I did some searching but couldnt find anything. Is this possible, to pop out the amp part and rack it? Any info would be awesome, thanks!

Sometimes you can find them on eBay cheaper. They are solid steel, with two side pieces with rack ears, a front piece w/logo, and a top that covers and shields the chassis. You will need a rack case (Gator, Grundorf, etc.) with at least 4 spaces. The biggest hassle is where to put the reverb tank. You may need 6 spaces for that. It will still weigh as much as a combo with the C90.

and I am confused about the reverb tank. Where is it located and how would it fit? Sorry, I am thinking about buying a M4 combo, but would wanna rack it. Where is the tank located in the rackmont mark iv heads? Wouldnt it be there for the combo as well?

The tank is mounted in the bottom of the combo or head cabinet. It is separate from the chassis and connected by cables. You need to figure out where and how to attach the reverb tank to the bottom of the rack case. Some just forgo the tank and go without internal reverb. You could get a rack effects unit.
Oh, and by the way, where are you going to stash the foot switch?
Be sure you don't buy a "wide body" combo, as they ain't rackable.
Some people like fans, some don't.
Me, I need all the fans I can get.
If you buy a combo, it will have a fan, and you can transplant it to the rack kit. There, I just saved you 30 bucks.

Not completely - heads come with fans also.

he was...I have my Mark in a rack space unit. I'ill tell you what. buy a 10 space if you can. I am a pretty simple guitar player (in terms of having a complicated rig) and I have an 8U and it goes...

Mark IIc+ 4U
1U open
1U sliding tray (Pedals that take up some of the room of the open space)
1U wireless
1U Fureman Power Conditioner

It's kind of tight but it works for me. Just wish I would of bought at least a ten. BTW rack the Mark on top or right above where the handles are on the case. Makes it easy to carry and you can access the tubes better (that's the best part about racking it, is tube access).

I did it with mine and have the same problem with the reverb tank but it fits in a deep 4u rack

besides I would advise you to put your amp alone in a rack as it's heavy enough and get another rack for your effects....
