As I have said before, My distortion amp is a Mark IV.

but,

I currently have two Hot Rod Deville 4/10's with one powering itself and the other for my clean amp. (8/10's sounds unreal!)

The reverb is amazing and the tone is superb.

How much better would a fender twin be than what I already have going?

Better is only subjective. To your ears your setup may already be better than going to a Twin. I would go play a Twin with your guitar and any effects you may use for an idea. Personally I would stick with the double shot of Hot Rod Deville 410s.

Hey Plague,

This is off topic for the Mesa Boogie messageboard. You have a nice collection of amps. If you like the sound of the Hot Rod Deville, but desire improved tone in both the clean & drive/more drive channels, check out this link:

Jim Price of Omega Amps is offering mods on the Hot Rod Deville/Deluxe amps. I just got one a few months ago for my Hot Rod Deluxe and it's a really cool mod.
