I know it has been a while since you posted this, but I was just curious if you could possibly share some settings that get you close to liquidy, responsive Mark series. I am still in my honeymoon stage myself, with a lifetime commitment on the way!
I just got one of my dream amps and I'm thinking about getting rid of my ED so I can pick up another guitar, but I do love the ED. I don't really need two amps, but then again, do I really need another guitar?
Sounds is a very subjective personal thing. I once tried the Bogner and it didn't do it for me. I still love the sounds I'm getting from my ED. If I would want another amp, it would be maybe to get something cheaper and lighter for giging when I don't want to worry about something happening to my ED. That and maybe an amp that has some extra features which the ED doesn't have right now.
