hissing sound in a mark 3

my amp hisses and does not work

check tubes, reverb leads, guitar leads and speaker cable...

yeah checked all that

fx send and return inputs.. have a go at cleaning them out..

input socket clean that out..

speaker out sockets clean them out..

see how that goes?

Joeygigs,I've been reading the various threads you have on this amp,and I feel I have to chime in.I really think you should get it to a tech before you rip up more circuit board.Not trying to be overly critical here,but if you pulled a couple of caps out,ripped the board doing so and dont know how the caps go back,you should get out of that chassis before you hurt yourself,or make trash out of that amp.There are potentialy fatal voltages in there.From what I have read so far,there was not even any reason to pull those caps.Your amp didnt work,so you pull the EQ caps?Find a tech before things get worse.
