Hi,

I've been playing with a MarkIII for the last 10 years without having any problems at all and last week end the lead channel just burned...

I've found a basic markIII schematic on schematic heaven but there's missing some informations for my technician to fix it...

I think i'ts an early version cause my serial# is 16715... without stripes...

I'll call Mesa on tuesday... But if I could get some cues...

I really would appreciate!!!

I had to rent a Marshall for my gig last night and it reminds me why I had switch to Boogie 10 years ago...

The problem could be:

The preamp tubes are shot.
The Lead Drive pot is bad.
The Lead Master pot is bad.
LDR 2, 4 or 5 may be bad.
