help with the effects loops

hi ! I have a problem since today with the loops of my mark IV : I have loop station boss in the loop and I always hear it quietly and when I switch on the loop the sound of the guitar become faint . thanks for the answer . otherwise the amp is fabulous .

Check you leads if you haven't

Maybe boost the levels in the FX unit it might not be giving you enough signal.

If your volume is dropping it usually has to do with the unit itself. I was having this problem with my Boss GT-6... I just fiddled with the master volume on the back of the unit until the volume with the effects loop engaged matched with the effects loop off.
