i am new to this forum.....so far this seems like something i can really use.anyway,i was playing a gig last night and during soundcheck i went to power on my mesa mark 4 combo,the tubes lit,the fan came on....but no lights,channel or power/standby.also no sound.i tried a bunch of stuff but nothing worked.does anyone know what could cause this?maybe give me some direction in fixing my beloved combo?

Is it possible that the footswitch selector is on EX SW with no external footswitches plugged in? (not talking about the FU-3 footswitch)
That happened to me when I first got my used Mark IV. No lights or sound but tubes and fan worked. Scared the crap out of me.
Just as soon as I switched the footswitch selector back to FT SW everything was fine.
