Check the midi channel on the TA. The midi channel of the Art has to match up with the TA otherwise it won't work. I don't know how to do it off the top of my head but check the manuals for both units on how to see what midi channel your on. It's going to be a number 1-16.
on the triaxis you press the PROGRAM/CHANNEL button. its right next to the midi program display. press it and it will show you what channel you are on. i leave mine on 1, along with all my other equipment
