I recently picked up a stereo delay and a stereo chorus pedal, Boss DD6 & CE20, and I want to run my ED and a Fender amp in stereo. The problem I'm running into is that I have to run the two pedals in the loop of my ED, and just running a cable from the output of the delay into the Fender works great until I switch channels on the ED. The Fender sounds great when I'm on the ED clean channel but then sounds like crap when I switch to either gain channel. Is there another way to run them so I can keep the clean sound of the Fender always on, even when I switch the ED channels?

I have been running a similar setup with my Dyne and my Fender combo amp….I don’t run it from the loop, I run it from my Boss tuner pedal. Direct out to the dyne and bypass output to the Fender….any pedal with a bypass out as well as direct out will work you don’t even need the pedal engaged which is why I have been using the tuner pedal…..eventually I want to pick up a Morley A.B.C pedal so I can switch or remove any amp signal I need to on the fly by foot switch

Hope this helps you out.....Happy jamming

I hadn't thought about the tuner pedal. I've fallen in love with the lush sound of the Chorus in stereo, delay too, and I'll have to play around with it some more.

Try using the chorus in front...mono in from your guitar, stereo out to the 2 amps. If the Fender has a loop, you can run the DD-6 true stereo in the loops of both amps. If not, you can go stereo out from the chorus, thru the delay, and into the front end of each amp. This will work great for cleans but the ED might get funky on hi-gain settings with the delay in front.

I'm going to try moving the chorus in front of the ED, but I'll need to keep the delay in the loop for sure. This just might give me what I'm looking for!
