guys,
I'm using a DR rev. F which has the serial loop.
A G-Force is setup in the loop and nothing else..
Loop is always on for both orange & red channels, and channel switching /
G-force, SD-1 as a booster in front of the amp's input are all controlled by
GCX & GCP. In other words, I'm using GCX's loop to on or off the G-force instead of
amp's loop.
The main problem is,,
when the loop for G-force in GCX is being activated, it pops very loud.
I know that DR has natural poping noise when switching the channels,
but this is not that 'natural' but really loud..
And when the loop in GCX for the G-force is on, it starts to buzz..
And the more I dial up the output (not the channel volume), the bigger the buzz gets..
Thought that it could be the problem of pre & power tubes and I fully retubed them all, but still the same.
Does anyone have the solutions for this problem?
