Hello. I just got a new Nova System. I'm frustrated, as I can't get it to work. I'm running an Ibanez RG2570 into a Mesa Studio Preamp, using a Carvin MTS212 as the power/speaker section.
Guitar goes into Mesa's Input. Mesa's Output B goes to Carvin's Effect Return
The Mesas got another output, and Effects Send and Effects Return.
The Nova System has Line In (to bypass its drive section) and a Drive In (when you want to play it using drive). It's also got two Outputs.
The Nova's manual said to plug my guitar to the Mesa's input, Mesa's Effects Send to Nova's Line In. Then Nova's output into Mesa's Effect Return.
I've tried what the Nova's instruction manual said to do, and it didn't work. Any help on what to connect to what? (I want to bypass the Nova's drive function, and use the line in, not drive in.)
