I was messing with my amp tonight and I noticed that when adjusting
the levels to my A side of the 2:90 I was not getting any volume. I
isolated the amp to just run on the A side and I am only getting a
whisper level of my guitar out of my cabinet. Side B works fine but no
matter how loud I turn A up it doesn't get over a whisper. I changed
all the tubes in the 2:90 and that did nothing. I'm afraid that
something expensive has gone bad with the 2:90. Any thoughts???

could be as cheap and simple as a bad pot, open solder joint or a burnt resistor. The only expensive thing to go bad would be the transformers.
